House 88 Dedication was today. This the 88 home that the local
Habitat for Humanity of Southern Brazoria County was build since 1990.
It was nice sunny day Sunday for the dedication. About 30 people showed up for dedication. This number was down from the last dedication, bit not surprising as this is the last house build until September 2013.
The reason that Habitat for Humanity takes a summer break is that local temperature is south Texas will reach about 101 degrees (F)by early August, which is way too hot to work in. Be early September it will cool down to the low 80's again and we shall continue to build Habitat homes again.
